Which document controls
Apple’s Standard End User License Agreementcontrols the license to apps distributed through Apple’s App Store. The App Product Terms and Notices add product-specific disclosures but do not replace or conflict with that license. Design Session Terms control direct session purchases. Website Terms govern ordinary use of this site. The Privacy Policy describes data practices across these contexts.
If a product, purchase screen, or signed written agreement includes additional terms, those terms apply to that transaction and control only where they expressly differ from these general documents and where the law permits.
